Innovative and eco-friendly ideas

   Mar 27

I’m Emma, I established Greenstamp to give you somewhere to shop for the most innovative eco products and gifts for the home that cause less environmental damage, we always try to source products that are fairly traded and produced in a sustainable manner. We’re a family run business, we work from our home in Cornwall and whenever it’s possible we promote locally produced eco friendly products.

We are passionate about bringing the highest levels of customer service and are always looking for ways to improve.

We try to reduce the environmental impact of our business by running our business from home in an energy efficient manner. Where possible we ship your products directly from the manufacturer/distributor to reduce their transportation.  The products we choose will help you save on your bills and reduce the impact you have on the environment. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and re-use materials as much as possible. I can honestly say I have only ever bought kraft roll and tape in the way packaging supplies, the rest is re-used. All business could make the effort to do this. It perhaps doesn’t look very professional to some but I hope that our customers are of a similar mindset and will also re-use the packaging.

We try to test/use the products that we sell, when this isn’t possible we work very closely with mostly small-scale suppliers ’most of whom’ share our passion for environmentally friendly products.
We promote the use of biodegradable materials, our ever increasing range of eco products uses recyclable packaging, cruelty free body products that use natural ingredients with no animal testing.

We are always looking for new and innovative eco-friendly items and if you know of a product that we would like we’d welcome your suggestions. Write to us at

Eureco launches Bio Organic Cotton collection

The launch of the Bio Organic Cotton collection has expanded Eureco’s product range into the organic market and provides an affordable eco alternative to conventional cotton towels.

The Organic Cotton Collection joins Eureco’s already successful 100% bamboo fibre towels, mats and robes available online at

The new Bio Organic Cotton collection offers the familiar, soft, warm feel of a cotton towel, while caring for the environment. Made from a certified 100% organic cotton fibre ensures that the cotton has been grown naturally, avoiding harmful chemical fertilisers and persistent toxic pesticides.

Frances, director of Eureco thought it was necessary to offer an alternative and more affordable eco friendly range of products as part of Eureco’s collections.

“The Bio Organic Cotton collection gives consumers another alternative when looking for eco-friendly, sustainable home textiles, without having to compromise on style or quality.

“Although it is not a perfect solution, organically grown cotton appeals to our eco sensibilities, as an environmentally friendlier alternative to conventional cotton.

“Conventional cotton farming creates a knock on effect, where the agrochemicals have adverse impacts on the soil, farm workers, neighbouring communities and wildlife.

“So we recognise that cotton grown organically without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilisers which harm the environment has got to be a positive step towards a more sustainable future,” said Frances.

Manufactured in Belgium, these superb quality 100% organic cotton bath towels are generously sized and finished with a distinctive ribbed border. The Bio Organic Cotton range is available in a stylish range of six vibrant and trend driven tones and includes the very popular European style wash mitt and coordinating bath mat.
